Charlie Kirk has long been a right-wing crackpot. His disgusting views on women, minorities, transgender rights and politics have made him a firebrand in the political spectrum. Also, he’s quite popular in the meme-o-sphere. There are hundreds of memes with his “Change My Mind” format.

Today, however, he was shot in the neck and killed by a sniper on a college campus in Deep Red Utah.

Hundreds of white, conservative, probably-Mormon, disconnected college kids where gathered to hear him spout his trademark abrasive, combative, misogynistic bullshit. The crowd was energized, Kirk was in full form.

And then someone asked him how many transgender people have been mass murderers. His reply, “Too many.”

That same person asked a followup, “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?”

Kirk’s typical smarmy, combative response was, “Counting or not counting gang violence?”

And then the shot rang out, and he was no longer amongst the living,

I’m not advocating violence. In fact I’m quite peaceful, unless you cut me off in traffic. But that absolute fucking troll had many enemies, as trolls normally do.

I will not celebrated the murder of a fellow human, but I will not mourn those who should be removed from public view for being distasteful.
